Yawa Yawanawa
Yawa Yawanawa is a devoted student of his people’s traditions, carrying forward the sacred legacy of his grandfather, Yawarani, a respected spiritual leader of the Yawanawa Nation. Through the disciplined path of Samakei ,sacred spiritual diets, Yawa has committed his life to healing, service, and the preservation of ancestral wisdom. With humility and strength, he shares the teachings of the forest throughout Brazil and internationally, guiding others through deep spiritual connection and transformation.
He is joined by Nawa-Tvani and Rennê Yawanawa, young Txanas ,sacred musicians who have dedicated over 15 years to the study of sacred medicine, spirituality, and ancestral music. Together, they represent the new generation—carrying the songs, prayers, and healing traditions of their lineage to the world with devotion, authenticity, and reverence for their culture.
